What do I do with my convention bag when we leave directly from McCormick Place to attend the baseball game?

We are suggesting you only bring the necessary things you need for Wednesday. We have contacted the bus company to see if items can be left on the bus but that is up to each bus driver. Since we don’t have contact with the drivers prior to the event we are recommending that you do not leave items on the bus. There is the possibility of having a locked room where we can leave convention bags (don’t bring laptops or tablets this day) before going to the baseball game. However, you will not be able to get them back after the ballgame as the bus will take you directly back to your hotel. Items can be picked up the next morning prior to the first meeting.

I want to leave a tip for the hotel maid and shuttle driver, what is the usual tip amount?

Hotel: $2-3 per night up to $5, more in high-end hotels. Also, more if there are more than 3 people in a room or suite. Leave the tip on your pillow or in a similar obvious place with a note that says thank you.

Airport Shuttle Service: No matter if there's a tip jar or not, it is appropriate to hand the driver a dollar or two at a minimum. If you have bags, a good rule of thumb is to tip the driver one dollar per bag, especially if they are heavy
